At Wallace McDowall, we have an extensive number of highly skilled welders on site. At our welding company in Ayrshire, our welders can accommodate a full range of Robotic, MIG, TIG, Synergic, Spot and stud welding.

Our facility features:

Cloos robotic weld cells with twin pallet. (4 off) – these robots enable us to offer consistent and efficient welding solutions on all order quantities. All four robot cells are equipped with the latest technology and have electric turntables for maximum productivity.
In addition to our robot cells, we have a range of weld equipment to cover a full range of materials including Aluminium and Stainless Steel.

To ensure quality our welding practises are all CE certified EN1090-1:2009 Class 2 certified.
