We have invested in a number of areas within our facility which now covers an area of 11500 square meters.

Both our Trumpf T3000 punch machines now have automated sheet handling for loading and unloading and part sorting.

We completed the installation of an 11kV, 1.5mW electrical power supply to our factory including a new low voltage switching room. This has enabled us to continue growth and install additional equipment and make us independent of the site power network.

An additional mains gas pipe line has been added which more than doubles our existing capacity to over 8 million kWhr. per year. This was required to power our new Powder Plant and future additions.

Our welding and fabrication areas were relocated to a new building to accommodate additional work, reorganise the work flow throughout the factory and allow additional space for future developments in the cutting and folding area.

The new Delta Processing, Powder Coating Plant is now in operation. The line can process parts up to approximately 3000x1570x1000. It consists of a 150Mt overhead conveyor through a 3 stage pre-treatment and drying ovens. There is a primer and top coat spray booth and 2 high efficiency ovens to cure the primer and top coat.

In our CNC machine shop a new Hurco TM10 lathe with automatic bar-feed has been installed. This was an additional machine required due to the increase in capacity requirements and can handle up to 77mm diameter bars. This now gives us 9 CNC machines covering turning, vertical & horizontal machining requirements.
